Up to date Admin team info

  • The Team information is very vague.



    This should be updated with clear information as to who actually are the admins for each community and area.




    If you look at the team list it seems to be filled with people who aren't active anymore.


    It doesn't really say who is responsible for what area for most people.




    I think it should be very clear who the current active Game admins are for each community. The Board admins for each community and the Team Managers and Coma's.



    The list we have now has no structure.

    Didn't even get a warning for insults or not speaking French.



    So we are to just continue guessing as to which team members are active and what they actually do now?


    I mean I can see that Galvas likes to count to a billion and Lamue likes listening to music ( only in French, obviously)


    Apart from that, is any other team members still here?

    Let me explain this. Even though this is a huge forum for all battleknight communities, we are not allowed to edit, alter, change or otherwise update in any way others forum section. This implies that admins from .EN are unable to change anything from .DE section.


    We have updated our sections on this topic, but I can't guarantee that other areas have been changed it as well.


    The most important thing about this is that, when it comes to support, it really doesn't matter which go is active or not, as for anything related to support, game accounts, game bans and so it is necessary to contact the support system. We are unable to offer assistance in the forums, as you may be aware.

    All I asked for was clarity on who currently are active game and board admins and what exactly there current roles are.


    GO's, SGO's, COMA's that sort of thing.







    The Team info currently is 6 years old.


    Have there have been some changes since then? Fairly confident there has been.



    New members, members that have left, members that have new roles.





    And it's probably not for me to say but it's a pretty poor system if the people who are supposed to look after the forum, i.e the board admins are ' not allowed to edit, alter, change or otherwise update in any way others forum section'




    Yet board admins are allowed to edit, alter and change players posts on the forum.



    Seems suspicious to me.





    Also, I didn't ask about the support system but it would be nice to know who is responsible for answering tickets or who isn't answering tickets as the case may be.



    Because if there is nobody answering them then it would be a bit pointless sending in another ticket asking why the previous ones are being ignored.

    I've had 3 unanswered tickets to support for 3 weeks now.

    Let's start. Ruriksson, your statement is not the same as what the author of this thread has disclosed. The answers you are looking for are straightforward: if there is anything to be announced, it will be posted on the forum. If there's no feedback, there won't be an announcement.


    As a volunteer for Gameforge games for more than 12 years, I have always been reimbursed for rubies and premium currency if there was a mistake on their part. I'm not sure what 'lost rubies' means, but I'm sure you're welcome to open a ticket if you've ever experienced something like this.


    Concerning the team members and support system: It's possible that many of you have a memory of the old forums. Editing, altering, or modifying anything within the entire forum was completely under the control of board admins. The global forum release resulted in a decrease in our right to edit, modify, or alter anything. Unlike you, as a user, I am not permitted to edit anything in the Deutch section, as previously stated.


    My focus will be on the EN and US sections that are under my supervision:

    Each time someone joins or leaves the team, these sections are updated. Nothing has changed for the past years. Unfortunately, this is what it is. I'd like to think that we require 20 game operators because of the work load we have in the game, but that's not accurate.

    Also, there is the https://forum.battleknight.gameforge.com/team/ page which displays the roles of team members. I am unable to change things, even if some of them are on vacation or out of the team.


    Talking about your tickets: I'm really sorry that you still have pending tickets. The only thing I can guarantee is that I will inform my colleagues Nik and Paso in case they are unaware of it. Keep in mind some investigations may take a while to begin or even they need more resources that aren't available as for now.

    Each stage of support (GO-SGO-GA-TM-CM) has 48-72 hours to be answered. The ticket will be passed on to community management once this period is over. If you haven't received a response in weeks, you can reply to your ticket and ask for more information or the estimated time it will take to resolve it. Your request will be handled by a supporter as soon as possible.

    The final thing I'd like to point out is that BattleKnight has the resources you see, but no more. Although we are a small community, I am grateful that the game is still available for us to play. Starting a war against BK management is unnecessary.

    As a volunteer for years, I can assure you that there is an individual who cares about the game, but he is not responsible for investing more money, resources, or time.

  • 1. The lost rubies he was referring to were the ones he used at the start of the hunters event to ensure he received monsters in his missions.


    For the first few hours after the event started, this did not work and nobody was getting the 'guaranteed' monsters that they should have and were receiving 0 silver from these missions as well.




    2. Well that list is very nice and pretty but, again............



    It doesn't contain the information that we need.



    Most of the people on the list are just listed as being GO's or SGO's or whatever but it rarely tells us which actual community they are responsible for.




    There are no listed GO/A's for the English servers. What's the difference between a GO and a GA ? Apart for Zhirelia who is listed in every section as a GO/GA/SGO/MBA/OBE/MBE and the order of merit probably.



    Most of the people on that list, I've never heard of, never seen any posts from them and so we have to assume they don't actually exist as game staff anymore or there are a number like Zhirelia who have 4 or 5 different job titles.



    You say that you keep the EN and US section updated but the people listed as GO or GA's have different roles as well. Which don't seem to involve answering tickets.




    3. My particular gripe is that on English servers as on many other countries servers there is a huge problem with entire orders using bots or scripts and despite very, very many tickets. The problem continues with practically no action ever being taken against the people using them.



    I think that part of my problem with tickets not being answered is that I have sent so many about the same issue, because it doesn't get rectified, that my tickets get 'overlooked' now as a consequence.


    I've tried talking to Sir Nik by DM but I think he is just angry with me and thinks I'm insulting the admins all the time. So doesn't want to talk to me anymore.




    Every single player, if you bothered to ask them would tell you that as far as they are aware any use of these bots or scripts would lead to a permanent ban. Which originally was the case.


    Now, apparently, it's a temporary ban with a length of time at the discretion of the community it occurs in.



    Not really much of a deterrent anymore is it?



    No wonder it's so prolific.

  • Tickets over 4 weeks unanswered, which is nice.



    Meanwhile there's a player on UK server 46 with at least 50 unlinked accounts that he uses to attack his main account all day every day.


    He has an entire order of 40 multi accounts that he uses to attack orders and hires his main account so they can capture other orders castles.


    He sends messages to me laughing about not receiving a ban for this.



    There have been many tickets sent I. By many people reporting this and all the tickets have been ignored.




    Is there anyone at all who is answering tickets for the UK servers???



    In particular for UK46?

  • If necessary, contact the responsible community manager privately via Discord and refer to open tickets.

    I answered it, why it takes a bit longer but you didn't understand it.

    Btw. I replied recently.


    When the player taunts you via PM you may report these messages, so we can have a look at them.


    As like for the German team, which I'm also part of it:

    We are a really small team. Therefore, we also only have limited capacity.

    Things may need more time to check but they will be checked.

    Whether one likes the answers ... well, that's another story.

    I will keep this short because there is really nothing left to discuss on the subject as well as you already got an answer from Kizuna.


    In Germany we have also these surnames:

    Maier, Meier, Mayer, Meyer


    All these surnames, although they are all spelled differently, they are all pronounced the same.

    In general, there are also surnames that are regional. That is, even if they have the same pronounciation, it does not mean that they are all related in any way.

    But we could be this "kind" to ban everyone else just because a person with the surname Maier did something real bad in the past.
