To wrap it up, we want to let you know that our volunteers will be taking a well-earned break during the holidays. This may cause tickets to be answered in the support system to take a little longer than usual. Specifically, between December 23, 2024 and January 4, 2025.

We thank you for your understanding and patience. Despite our brief break, we will continue to work on making the experience better for all players and resolving any issues as soon as possible.
