Bizarre situation! Are there any regulations governing the activities of BK administrators?

    In the Romanian 24th Server, we have a game administrator that handles the ticket system, and the same person is playing as a player in different order who is our rival. The person is Van Helsing from the Romanian team. Before him was Assus and wasn't a conflict of interest because he didn't play on this server.


    From my point of view, this server has a serious management problem because the BK team failed to ensure impartiality for this server. I will leave heare some actions that were made in the advantage of the order where Van Helsing is playing:


    1. The game administrator has unbanned two players from the order where he is playing that we know about, players that were banned for using script (we made the tickets for which they were banned; they were playing for more than 2 days straight).


    2. The player in the order whose account was unbanned knew with at least 20 days before that their account was going to be unbanned (i have print screen to prove it)


    3. The player Van Helsing is participating in wars with all his accounts (he has two) for the order for which he unbanned the accounts. (I have a print screen.).


    4. They are talking in the order that soon a third account will be unbanned by their colleague, the game administrator, Van helsing (i have a print screen)


    5. Tickets were made by our colleague that was banned for the same reason as those two that were unbanned, but in our case Van Helsing refused to apply a similar treatment.



    All this being said, can anyone help us with a regulation!? Is this situation according to the regulation? Do you consider it a fair process? Is this game administrator impartial?

    my friend there are no rules there. you write tickets for nothing when the admins decide to protect a player. I have already reported a player who plays with the help of the program a few times, and the admin finally told me not to send such messages anymore and of course that player continues to play. and of course I continued with the evidence and now he won't and doesn't want to do my tickets. I have had tickets for 5-6 days. and there is the admin and he does his job but he protects that player or is he the same player

    I have a similar case on the server where I play. The player got a 1 month ban, which is normally 3 months. And now the admin has let him go, even with proof that he was withdrawing 10 million silver per day.and now he make joke with all players there to he can only use programs...........look his despritions is oblivios what he think here

    For sure they have rules for administering this game. If they allow a player to be at the same time a game administrator it's a big mistake, beacause you cannot prove his impartiality (it's a big conflicts of interest).


    I m sorry but i cant say that is the same situation. In our case the game administrator and the player are one person and we can prove it!


    CAN ANYONE ANSWER OUR QUESTION? ANY COMMUNITY MANAGER or TEAM MANAGER!?

    Or if the player is actually breaking the rules in a way?

    Yes, you can have suspicion about something, that's why you report it to be checked.


    1.YOU CANNOT BE 100% SURE OF A THING WITHOUT HAVING ACCESS TO THE SERVER!

    2. IT'S UP TO THE ADMIN TO SET THE DURATION OF THE PUNISHMENT DEPENDING ON THE CASE!


    When you cannot see from our point of view please refrain from such comments.


    If the teamler is playing in the server there is always someone else that can look into that server,
    some of the teamlers don't even want access to those servers because things like this.

    If you have a complaint about a teamler the right thing to do is up the ticket.

Just a question if you are willing to share with us (you are one of the oldest members of the team as I can remember): Do you also used to play on the server where you managed the ticket system, on the server that you administrated? It is like I'm playing a match for a football team, and I'm also the referee, don't you think? I already sent a ticket to Paso!

    If you are in the same situation (in our case Van helsing the Game Administrator have an account with the same name and one with the name Philcore and we have a GO playing also on our server that is mouse but he or her doesn't administrate sv 24), where the Game Administrater is playing for one of the parties it is not normal and I agree with you!


    I trust the BK team, but when we are talking about some conflict of interest and impartiality (the base of a judge/administrator/referre), it should be immediately remedied.

    ^Before him was Assus and wasn't a conflict of interest because he didn't play on this server^ .....wasn-t him a friend in real life with SnakeEyes,friend that helped him go his way,playing more than 18h/day? the same Asus he went crying 1 hour later in the forum after his account was banned THE 3rd TIME? the same Asus that gave answers like he was the king Admin,always taking the side of the player SnakeEyes, and you could NOT pass him in tickets?


    Wasn-t SnakeEyes banned 3 times already and still get to play in the same way? Or the account Gannicus ,who was playing between 19-20 h/day?? No one is talking about that??

    You are mistaken, I am not Grave, and you are nothing but an account buyer who knowingly violated the game rules right from the start before clicking anything in the game. Here is proof that the former owner admits selling you the account!

    I will answer you punctually to each problem exposed by you:

    1. You sent a ticket to Paso - wait for the answer.

    2. Please point this out to Paso. But in case you don't know, I can tell you that when you log in (for banned accounts), the system shows you expiration date of the ban.

    3. The game system allows the use of multiple accounts as mercenaries in wars. I remind you that you also have colleagues who do this. All actions prohibited by the regulations, for multy accounts, are automatically blocked by the system.

    4. I'm really curious to see those discussions you're talking about - please, point that to Paso to check the status of the account in question in this moment, and if there is any intervention of mine on that account.

    5. If your colleague is not satisfied with the answer he received, he can contact my superior.

    Our teammate euMARGELATU, the one you're hinting at, isn’t banned at all—he just got bored of the game and took a break.

    Also, you are making strategies together with the BK Game Administrator in order to win the wars!? (also got proves)



    If you guys were to be in our place and the opponent played on the same team as the one that managed the game it seems fair?


    If the BK Management will allow a BK Administrator to manage a server and to play on that particular server and more to choose a side, it will be a surprise for me.


    In the end I'm hoping that the management of the BK will intervene and remediate this conflict of interest!!!

    In the end, I really hope the BK management steps in and sorts this out because you clearly broke the rules, especially Article 6.5, which clearly says buying or selling accounts is strictly forbidden!

    Your problem here is that you're the only liar claiming this, whereas there have been dozens of people who witnessed the discussion where the former owner said he sold you the account.


    And the discussion is on-topic, dude. This is a bizarre situation that the BK administrators have overlooked too easily so far—specifically, that you bought the account and the previous owner publicly admits it. We want to see how we can improve this bizarre situation.
