Greetings! I have a proposal to amend the BK regulation to guarantee the impartiality of the BK management team.

  • Do you think it's typical for the BK Game Administrator, that have an account on the same server that he manage, to pick a side and support it? 21

    1. No, because it is unfair and impartiality is not guaranteed. (19) 90%
    2. Yes, since we can get some advantages if he plays in our order. (0) 0%
    3. Yes, i don t care if the Game Administrator of the server is also playing along our rival! (2) 10%

Taking into consideration that on our sv. is currently playing, on two accounts, the Game Administrator of the same server I ask you to amend the Bk regulation in order to ensure impartiality, as follows:

    Conflict of interest:

    1. Any member of the BK management team may have an account on the SV that he oversees.

    2. Members of the BK management team who have accounts on the servers they oversee are forbidden to assist a party in winning a war or to join an order.

    3. Members of the BK management team who have accounts on the servers must not take actions that can influence the game.

    4. Members of the BK management team who have accounts on the servers that they manage, are prohibited from disseminating information regarding the events, bans or any other information regarding activity as a member of the BK management team.

Unfortunately, on our server the Game Administrator plays along with the order- and this isn't impartiality!

  • Originally ,back in the good old days, the game admins weren't allowed to play on servers that they were responsible for.

But since they started adding 4-5 servers every year ( that nobody wants ) and apparently there are only a couple of admins in each country to look after all these servers then what you are saying is absolutely right - it's open to an amount of 'corruption' but without enough admins to be able to allocate one to each server and prevent them from being able to play on that server we are stuck with what we have, unless you want admins unfamiliar with your language answering tickets.

  • as Sir Lion Steak says, we are stuck there and can't do anything. because I sent a ticket to a higher rank and I got the same answer as from the existing admin who informs or plays on the same account.

but really before adminscant work and play on same server how and why is that posible now?

  • There have been numerous players in an opposing order who have used the scripts to play 24/7 and despite many people reporting this - we always get the same answer " we can't find anything wrong "

On the rare occasion that an issue with their gameplay has been found, the players are given a ridiculously short ban and come back after a few weeks and started doing it all over again.

There have been 10-15 people in the same order that it is blatantly obvious to every player that they are using it and yet the admins can rarely find anything wrong.

And there seemed to be new person handed the script every few months. Just to make sure there were always 5-6 people using it at any time.

They also were using a program to instantly start order wars with new level 3 accounts. They didn't even care if these got caught because they just created a new level 3 every time and used it again from the new account.

  • Hello again, Eleven,

Once again, you’ve come here to complain about the fact that an admin is playing on our server and is part of the opposing team. Could you please explain what exactly your issue is? He has never been involved in lifting bans for accounts from the order he belongs to and has always chosen to remain impartial when it comes to the rules of the game. Once again, we invite you to use the ticket system and stop whining on the forum, as you're making a fool of yourself.

    Have a nice day!

  • Not taking sides but for both issues = prove it.

Prove that he bought an account and take your own advice and enter a ticket.

You complain that he shouldn't raise his concerns here and should go through the proper channels and yet you are doing the same.

You cannot prove that the admin in your order isn't benefitting you and he can't prove that he is.

But what he is absolutely right about is the fact that admins 100% should not be allowed to play on a server that they are responsible for which is what he has made this thread about.

You complaining about this discussion makes you more ridiculous and makes the person he is talking about seem more guilty.

I personally had an issue where an admin was playing on the same server he was responsible for and he miraculously managed to zone me in every single fight we had no matter where I put my attacks.

I put a ticket in and guess what, it was answered by the cheat.

I took it higher and was told that admins don't have access to our knights and cannot see where our zones are.

So I went on the boards and pointed out that the action logs for our accounts are accessible to the admins. So every time we change a zone it will say attack zone changed from centre to head or whatever.

So he was fully aware what my zones were every time I changed them.

I was reprimanded for revealing admin secrets and removed as a game admin myself as a result.

  • I think some of you have a false picture what "admins" can see in the system lol

Maybe it changed since i was in the team back then.. and im pretty sure im not allowed to talk about it, but its not like game operators can see every little detail..^^ Thats more of a Community Manager thing.

And its not fixable your problem. Back when i was in the team the rules changed so that we could play on the same server that we were admin for, because its just a few guys n girls handling the support. Otherwise there wouldnt have been any support left back then.

I think I described exactly how they could do what I said.

The game admin couldn't exactly look at your zones, but there was an ACTION LOG which allowed the admins to see changes that you made to your zones.

So as I said, they could see what you changed your zones to, which is just as good as seeing the actual zones.

I was a GO in the very original version, before the update. But I'm sure the same actions would be available, if not more.

Just because you never found this facility doesn't mean it wasn't/isn't there.

  • I’ve taken some time to observe the course of this discussion, allowing the hours to pass in order to see where things were heading. Unfortunately, once again, it has become clear that it is not possible to have a conversation on this topic without violating the forum rules. This subject has been brought up on multiple occasions in the past, and every single time it has ended the same way: inappropriate comments, messages being deleted, and ultimately, the thread being closed.

I would also like to remind everyone that serious accusations are being made against a game administratorm, claims of partiality, misuse of administrative tools, and the disclosure of user information. This is completely unacceptable. A game administrator does not simply appear out of nowhere. Administrators are selected by the Community Manager, who is well aware of their track record, their work ethic, and their consistent dedication to doing a good job.

Many members of the team spend years contributing before they are even considered for such a role. That said, no one is perfect, it is possible that someone might make a mistake or act inappropriately. However, in such cases, the proper course of action is to report the situation to their direct superior, the Community Manager, and only if you have actual evidence to support your claims.

I kindly ask for more respect towards my teammates and urge everyone to refrain from creating a new thread on this same topic every month.

Given everything stated above, I am now proceeding to close this thread. This kind of discussion has no place on the forum.
