I find the words you use exaggerated. Cheating is something that is not allowed and therefore illegal.
Keeping constructions low, in my opinion, partly originated from what I see as the improper use of karma in clanwars.
I find the doubling of acid debatable, but in the "regular" game I accept it.
In clanwars, bad karma — and therefore acid — is a gamechanger that, in my opinion, is wrongly applied. Good karma has no influence whatsoever on the outcome of a clanwar.
In my view, a clanwar should be free of karma usage and thus be a pure, naked test of strength.

2- Victories
Certain substances have been smoked here. On my server the top 1 has not yet reached 190k when his account is 15 years old. Reaching 350k is really absurd considering the old servers and that now the ‘alchemist’ no longer cuts the time between duels in half.

OK so I've worked out that the reason sometimes people have working potions is because of the bonus cheaper items.
Full price potions work fine but the ones that have been bought while you have the 10% discount active.........can't be used.
So when they were working for me it was because I got a bunch from clues - worth 500, 400 and 300 each - these work fine, but the ones worth 450, 360 and 270 are unusable.
This is why some people have the problem and some don't.
The people not having a problem probably don't have the discount from having 6/6 estates active.
Also when they are in your inventory they have the correct monetary value - 450, 360, 270 but when you try to click and use them from the orbs at the top of the page they have the normal values 500, 400 and 300.
Maybe the game can't correlate the difference some how and so won't allow you to use them.
Which would be why the yellow potions still always work because they always cost 10 rubies regardless of the discount.

Regarding the update and bugs:
For ten days, no one from the GF team has responded to the tickets I've posted, complaining about a bug that prevents me from playing! During this time, the rubies I paid for in euros are gone...

With Kizuna and Paso , BK has eight more Community Managers ...The 15% more silver doesn't work on missions either. I now get less on small missions than before. The update has destroyed so much of the mechanics. With the elf it's even 18% more silver. You really have to notice that clearly...

These are all armour, artefact and weapon items. Everything is unusable. In most cases, the items from the merchant only have 4 attributes, while your own armour has 12 attributes. Or my example screen. One strength attribute. That makes no sense. The merchant didn't offer anything like that before the update. The problem is that there are almost only such items.
The dealer was never that good, but with the update it has become worthless.
