    DEAR TEAMLER,


    please, I would like to get an answer. Did Gameforge change something with the kind of generation of items?


    Before Update to Version 4.xxx I Had a lot of offers for items with luck between 100-130. My Account ist Lvl 162. Since the Update I never Seen any Item with more than 80 luck.


    Ist there something changed?

  • I want to spotlight another bug I’ve found - one that low-skill players are currently exploiting in battles.


    It relates to the way Health Points are calculated. In the recent V4.0 update, the inventory system was changed so that items can now be swapped with a double-click instead of using drag and drop. However, when an item is swapped using double-click, the system doesn’t recalculate the player’s Health Points.


    This means a player can equip gear that boosts their HP to 40k and then double-click to switch to a different item with no HP bonus, that is designed for attack—without their Health Points being updated. As a result, they go into battle with an inflated HP value, gaining an unfair advantage.


    I’ve noticed skill-less players using this bug to win fights they likely wouldn’t win if the HP values were updated correctly.


    Here is an example of how this bug works:

    I currently have 32k HP, even though I’ve removed all items that provide additional health points. If the system were working correctly, my HP should drop to around 8.4k.


    I hope this can be fixed soon, as low-skill players who are aware of the bug are already using it to gain an unfair advantage in attacks.


    P.S. This bug only affects items bought from the marketplace. Gryphon and Dragon items are calculated correctly.

  • The display error should be resolved by loading a new page or a refresh. I am not aware that the display has any influence on my duels. However, this also occurs with me, that attributes remain the same until the refresh.

  • This isn’t just a visual issue - it seriously impacts battles. Someone with 200 constitution can eat 20k damage and still not go down.


    Hope the devs patch this up before everyone turns into unkillable tanks and we’re all just swinging pool noodles in battle.

  • PLEASE do address these topics as soon as:


    - CHANGE: reduce the negative Karma effect from 400% to 100% maximum

    - CHANGE: remove Karma from having any effect in war duels (it is totally unfair the way the war system works now)

    - REVERT: bring back the old merchant/item view style where you could actually see the differences in stats easily and intuitively - the current state is a total eye sore and I can't understand how some people agree with this visual downgrade

    - FIX and ADD: the merchant item quality has been downgraded as well, please bring up more competitive items

    - FIX: Silver cost from the Marketplace bonus should apply to items you BUY, not the ones you find and SELL, otherwise what's the point of this bonus?

    - ADD: new item styles/designs

    - ADD: a more intuitive and smart way to actually identify enemy hit zones and give the smaller knights a chance to win - maybe some more comprehensive battle reports, or a way of calculating where the actually hit might have landed?


    I understand, from a business perspective, why now it is silently acceptable to use scripts to do missions, since that increases the ruby consumption and purchase, but at least take the rule, that actually forbids usage of scripts, down (Rule 7 from: Game Rules) and try to make the game more balanced, at least on the speed servers (for example identify script users and block permanently/temporary their ability to attack other players - eliminating abusive attacks against other players from script users that have already created an unfair advantage via automated growth - this will level up the field a bit and make the game less frustrating)

    You want to Change Karma from 400% to 100%. Why? The original Version was 200%. I Like the 400%. Why I think so? There are so many knights with very Low constitution only for cheating Clan wars . They stand naked in Clan wars and try to win so because they are Not strong enough to fight a real fight. All These Knights now have a lot of problems in normal Game against small Knights with acid because they Go down before they can Beat their First Hit. So These players now have to Skill Up their constitution For normal Game. I think this ist very good.


    The same with your second Wish - no Karma in Clan wars. Why? This Brings more success to these Low constitution knights. What Kind of fight is IT, when you win because you Go down faster than every other..... With the strong acid you make a lot of damage against naked Clan war cheaters. You shall fight Not stand naked....

    No, to your changing Wish.


    Make IT easier to identify Hit zones? Why? How about to use your mind to identify the Hit zones????


    Allow Scripting? I think you are crazy... Disable to Attack other Knights when make a lot of missions? Why?


    This Game is Battle knight. BATTLEKNIGHT! When I want to Attack another knight than i will do that.

    Let the game Like IT IS, but only Bring the merchant to the same quality Like before the Update

  • And once again, I find cheating mentioned as a negative remark in your argument. We are doing it completely legally. Explain your choice of words.


    As long as bad karma plays a decisive role in a guild battle and good karma has no influence on the guild battle, I will make sure to keep my construction level low in these fights.

  • The strong acid ist the best answer to this Most UNFAIR Kind to make Clan wars.


    Yes, it ist legal, but to win a battle because i lose Lifepoints more quick than the other.... I call this cheating, legal or Not.

  • It is not the means that make clan warfare unfair. It is clan warfare itself that is pointless and unfair. As long as I am bound by a random selection of who I attack, it is pointless. The whole clan warfare system needs to be changed and returned to the old battles. Unknown mercenaries, opponents that can be attacked freely...

  • Specially for servers where bigger orders have 15-20 active player, which are most of the servers. There are allways players who get matched with overpowered rivals and literally cant participate or deal any damage cause there is improbable to find a player of the same level. In order to maintain big castle, orders tend to throw out low or middle level player and only keep elites in order to defend castle against other orders with much more players that could deal a lot of damage if there were players of their level. That creates a monopoly of big castle by a few elite players and make it unreachable for most players, its a dynamic Ive seen in many servers and makes wars veeery boring, always same result unless some elites abandon their tier4 castle (why would they do that if they need dicount to rise stat?). Easy fix is to add automatically 1 npc warrior by 20 levels if there are no membres of that level in defending order.


    I think that to free attack is bad idea, everione attacking the weakest... Its better to maintain random, but with always a chance because there is 1 npc of your level range.

  • You talk about wars and consider the acid unfair, badly matched duels... but let me understand, in history, wars were only fought against knights of equal level? Or perhaps if the opponent had a weapon that was too powerful, they paused the fight and inflicted a warning? The problem is that you want wars in your favor, but the same can be said for your opponent. To overcome the problem of knights created specifically for wars (and with low constitution and thus distorting the outcome of almost all wars), in my opinion, GF had to find a solution (rightly so). Be more objective and less subjective.

  • Ottavo I think you'are being subjective. You are comparing real wars to kill and conquer resources to a competitive game which should aim to promote participation and make players able to use its utilities, not just a few elites. What I propose will make objetively wars more fair for everyone, even high levels, and npc can be limited with 70% level of top 1 or so in order to not break the intense competicity with the tops. Moreover, after fusion, servers with different age and level of their players where mixed, which is a disadvantage for many players even paying. As I understand you are advocating for an old system not thought for fused servers that with the time has got even more imbalanced, and where only high level players (which I think you are) can participate properly. Who wants wars in his favor? You miss the argument. Even for karma, good karma should have an equivalent to acid. How would you solve that? There is crearly an imbalance, and great imbalance for new or low player levels (some servers it takes several years to get to level 60 (should I call them new players?), Such imbalance makes people abandom servers and only join new server, untill they are fused o get too much difference from pay to win.


    What I propose wont create imbalance, top players can even maintain their dominance, but just will let middle and low level player to participate at wars. Its obvious that now even with karma and rubies a level 60 can make 400-500 damage per roud to a 100 level (less to a 200, etc) but high level that can attack other player can make 8k-12k damage. If you let a level 60 player attack another level 60 player can make 1-3k damage, it is still not decisive over high level players and just have a chance if there is only 1 npc not 100% of the rounds. So it objetively allow players to participate, promote activity of players and improve imbalance without disturbing top players benefits. Ok karma 400% was made to avoid low constitution builds, one problem "solved" but I creates other problems as good/evil karma imbalance, wars based only in amount of karma members can reach (more p2win)... more and more imbalance, a lot of formulas could be done without making acid deal 400% damage. I dont see a real problem there, but its obvious now its even more imbalanced for good karma, another game function sunk. The game should advance toward leting people use both karmas, more personalization, promote activity of new players, etc.


    The original intention of bk order wars was to alow everyone to participate by levle matching when there was not such a difference between levels in a server. To avocate a top player empire where 6 top players keep big castle over 50 other middle even high level players that cant participate even paying to improve for years, it makes no sense. If you have to argument based on a real war with "super weapons" monopolised by some players Im sorry but I find that subjective, if you like the real war comparison think what will happen if 10 super soldiers fight agains 150 normal trained soldiers, the 10 soldiers have to really fight in order to not get killed and 150 soldiers have really a chance, in bk right no its a 100% win for 10 elite soldiers, not "super weapons" or better stats, its just as nuclear weapon vs sticks and stones from 1.000 km distance. I say it without acrimony just to be constructive and thinking on longevity and participation of the game.

  • Originally, there weren't castles to capture. There wasn't the need to keep fighting to try and get the best castle with the best upgrades.




    Everyone had the same discount.........i.e none.



    It was much fairer and order wars were just for silver and bragging rights.


    The actual war system was a big pile of steaming crap that you never really knew how it was going until it ended but it was fairer because people built their knights in a way that was more refined.



    There weren't bots everywhere making people 2-300 levels above their closest rivals with stupidly high stats that when you use acid you score 5 times your opponents actual health.

    If there was anyone found to be using a bot then they were banned - permanently.



    Back then, pay to win players had the advantage still ( obviously ) but it wasn't as ridiculous as it is now.



    As everyone here has said order wars are becoming more and more pointless.


    Which is a shame because historically order wars were the most important and most fun part of the game.

    1. The whole war system is imbalanced and needs a revamp. Acid Karma at 200% is still overpowered, and as long as it matters in order wars, it will bring an unfair advantage vs "Good" karma. Reducing it to 100% will reduce the impact that "Negative" karma has in wars. The alternative would be completely eliminating karma in wars and bringing karma down to 200% in normal duels.


    2. New players and their Constitution points in wars - here I just see users that have adapted to the current war system and to the imbalanced matchmaking on duels (weak vs strong players).


    3. Hit points - Don't be acting all outraged here, you have no point to stand on. Tell me how you calculate your opponent's hit zones and so I can tell you that you are wrong. I did not say to make it easy, but more intuitive while keeping it at a calculated level.


    4. Mind your words. Script/Macro usage is real and silently accepted (and I understand that it drives ruby consumption and profit for GF), and measures have to be put in place to protect the knights on the receiving end of the ones that are growing uncontrollably. You clearly have some reading comprehension issues (maybe a language barrier), so let me explain it to you differently:


    - You have knight X and Y, opponents on a speed server, levels at around 135.


    - They are both doing missions on rubies, daily.


    - At some point X was defeating Y, while having slighter higher silver looted.


    - Y decides to use some script/macro to overcome the difference and grind missions on automated fire approximately 16 out of 24 hours a day (mission after mission - even more often during 50% events) while under the protection of the Stronghold for weeks if not months.


    - 3-6 months later Y gains an advantage of 30 to 70 millions in silver and 15-20 more levels than X (my estimations might not be very accurate - use them for representation purposes only).


    - X can't keep up even though he is grinding missions on rubies while Y has gained an "outside the rules" advantage


    - Now Y is overwhelming X with attacks due to the above-mentioned unfairly obtained advantage


    - What does BK administration do about the players that are left behind by the script users that broke the rules to gain an unfair advantage and that are now bullying the legit players?


    I made a proposal, which can seem farfetched at this point, but if you are NOT banning script users, than measures must be put in place to protect the legitimate players.


    At no point I said to disable attacks on other knights for players that make a lot of missions in a LEGIT way...or is that what you reduce script using to, just "players that make a lot of missions"?


    "This Game is Battle knight. BATTLEKNIGHT!" - oh no! I thought it was called The SIMS! My bad.

    "Let the game Like IT IS" - that's what a script user would say, LOL. There are so many wrongs and imbalances in the game, but if you are in a comfortable position and are staying there by any means, of course you don't care about the game and its userbase.

    What's the situation now? So many team members here, but no information? Why is it possible to do this several times a day in other forums such as Metin 2, but not even once a week here?I find it really brazen, disrespectful and outrageous. There are players who pay for what you call your work.


    I see 12 community managers on the list. And no one here manages to talk to the players regularly. As long as you no longer talk to the players publicly, there's no need to write to me privately to ask questions. Do it here.

  • More than one month since the "update" (which is only for speed servers and pay players), loaded with bugs... They solved mayor ones, but left all visual bugs and imbalancing features, same as last update where they even used wrong font, size and shape of tags and they havent bothered for now, accumulating more visual errors. I think their politic about this game is make the minimum effort just to maintain the actual pay2win players and make them happy (overpower over the rest) with new paying bonuses to avoid them to leave. Visuals, balance, new features or new players are not a priority.


    They made a greaat work with events last years, which gives more life to game, but that whas just what it should have been for decades. I hope they make a change in mindset before game dies, the financial solution shouldnt be to seek a few players to pay a lot every month, it should be to make more players to pay occasionally (more mounts, equipment, order upgrades, cheap bonuses, etc). 10€/month is a lot in order to be competitive in a game (all paying upgrades +10 missions) which hasnt got new features for many years and has long-term playing dynamic.
