  • The 3 most annoying bugs or issues you are currently experiencing:

1 - There's no way to buy mercenaries in high-level group missions.

2 - There's no equipment to upgrade at high levels.

3 - Please fix the 5-minute duel return time so we don't waste gems, which are so necessary for missions.

and 4 -Please fix and balance the tournament ranks
    ----------------------------------

Knights who have been playing since the beginning of BK, have too much Constitution (as well as the rest of our stats) to participate in War Orders. We're forced to avoid participating to wars for absorbing too much damage.

Karma: We're forced to switch to Dark Karma to face War duels. Only Acid has that advantage, and it's unfair to those with positive Karma. Currently, only Acid is valid in War Orders; Neither a hit is given nor received.. Besides, if your life at war is, for example, 8000, an Acid hit does to me 10000 - 13,000 of damage, which isn't even realistic. The wars now are absurd.

Potions are also ridiculous at mid-to-high levels. We're forced to constantly buy 10-gem potions, or we can't play when we're attacked every hour.

  • Top 3 most annoying bugs or issues you are currently experiencing:

    - Zero armor available on the market for level 380+

    - Way too many inactive players on the server - causing lags and ruining events like the Christmas one

    - No mercenaries showing up in high-level group missions anymore

Top 3 features you would like to see added (can also be ideas for new events)

    - New armor sets in the shop (alongside Gryphon/Dragon) - something defense-focused or with mixed stats

    - A fresh twist on Monthly Madness (like more karma per mission)

    - Merging servers internationally

Top3 small changes that could improve your daily gaming experience

    - Bump duel cooldown back to 5 mins instead of 10 - scrapping it was ridiculous for tournament accounts

    - Karma force is insanely overpowered - revert to the old karma hit levels

    - Bigger healing pots - the 500 HP ones are straight-up crazy

Thanks for creating this thread. Looking forward to seeing new features in the game this year!

  • Thank you for asking for feedback. Some of these points were already shared before, so clearer follow up and communication would be appreciated.

The 3 most annoying bugs or issues:

    • Inconsistent event timing and overlapping events
    • Unclear or incorrect event descriptions and rewards
    • A lack of clear information before major updates, especially game-changing ones

3 features you would like to see added:

    • Step back up to 10% of your level to improve decisions and refine strategy
    • Event calendar for regular and seasonal events
    • Karma gain from duels, not only missions, to reward active gameplay

3 small changes that could improve daily gameplay:

    • Clear and consistent communication before events and updates
    • Verified announcements instead of copy paste errors
    • Inactive accounts cleaned up to make rankings and events more meaningful

Clear direction and transparency are important for long term player trust.

  • From what I understand, the question is mainly about how tournaments handle fairness, especially regarding multiple accounts. In most games style like BattleKnight, using multiple accounts in the same tournament is usually restricted or considered unfair, because it can give one player an advantage over others.

The best approach is to use only one account per tournament and follow the game rules to avoid penalties. If the rules are unclear, it’s always safer to ask support or check official guidelines. Fair play keeps tournaments competitive and enjoyable for everyone.

  • Greetings,

I'm writing this to suggest the launch of an international server. I believe it would create a lot of excitement among hardcore players and veterans. Combining different regions into a global server would increase the player base and make the competitive aspect of BattleKnight much more intense. It would be a great move for the game’s future.

  • It's been suspiciously quiet here, so I'll raise another issue that seriously needs improvement.

Tickets should, in my opinion, be handled within 48 hours. It is extremely frustrating that it takes such an ABSURDLY long time to receive a response. Waiting days, or sometimes even longer, for any kind of feedback is simply unacceptable.

Can this please be looked into and improved?

I once received the response that GameOperators have a life outside the game as well, and that's true. But why did you become a GameOperator in the first place?

On Server 37 DLD, we now have three GameOperators, and apparently these three are unable to create some kind of schedule in which they check every other day whether there is a ticket waiting. At least that would be acceptable to me.

How difficult can something like that really be?

  • I definitely agree with my friend, he is 100% right in what he writes, this is indeed what is happening, the activity of the administrators is practically at zero level, replying to ticks, how long can you wait for these tickets? There used to be 2,000 people playing on the server and the report was processed and I received a response within 48 hours, rarely it was 70 hours, then everyone said what's going on, what's going on, it's best to close this game

  • So what's the problem, my friend? You shouldn't be nervous about the game administrators, after all, they are just volunteers in the game and they are not paid to be available to us 24/1.....

    Patience, Patience My Amigo

Sorry, but that's nonsense. If players sometimes have to wait two weeks, that has nothing to do with “voluntary” anymore. In two weeks, many critical errors can occur, along with insults and much more.

The community managers, in particular, are acting with gross negligence through their inactivity. Given the low number of active players, this is ridiculous. They have nothing else to do and could easily handle the 1–2 tickets per week.

  • Ruriksson

yes I understand the impatience and waiting for an answer. I know from experience. my answer is like this, that's why you wait a week or two and they just say they will consider it and do nothing. .

for me s also bad things to nobody not make something new in game and not want try... but we can leave game and we all still here :)

  • YOU want to leave, and you can't. Don't put that on us. I don't want to leave at all. I want a solution to my problem, namely a response to my ticket within a reasonable time frame.

In my country we have a saying: "Volunteering does not mean you are free from responsibility."

To the GO or GM "Do your job or step aside. Spare yourself and the rest of us from this misery"

    Life is so easy

    .

  • Are the SGOs deliberately incompetent as well? Because I see them online regularly too, without any activity.

What exactly is supposed to be SUPER about them?

Also a TM passed by. She removed a few posts but did not provide a solution for the ticket issue?

No solution was offered to me regarding how I should proceed with my tickets ;(

    .

  • Hi :)

There are quite a few points to address here, and I simply haven't had the chance to reply to everything yet, so let's take it one step at a time.

First of all, I'd like to ask everyone to avoid repeatedly calling the volunteer team incompetent or constantly directing criticism at them. We do the best we can with the tools and resources available to us.

It's also worth remembering that the game is no longer as active as it was 20 years ago, when a community might have needed three Admins, eight sgo and fifteen GOs to keep everything running. Today, there are many more servers and communities to support, while fewer people are willing or able to volunteer their time. Recruiting new team members is far more difficult than it may seem...

That being said, I think it's worth asking whether the issue really lies with volunteers who have often dedicated more than a decade of their free time to helping the community. Over the years, many of them have started families or seen their personal priorities change, which is completely understandable. They still want to contribute, but understandably BattleKnight can no longer be their main priority.

I do understand your frustration, though. Waiting several days for a reply, or only seeing one or two tickets handled each week, can be discouraging. However, staffing and organisation are decisions that fall under the responsibility of each community's CM, not mine. Please also keep in mind that Community Managers are responsible for multiple communities, sometimes multiple games, and have many other responsibilities beyond support.

If you have an urgent issue and no admin is available to help, whether due to absence or because they are unable to handle the case, you can always contact your Community Manager directly.

What isn't helpful is turning every discussion into criticism of other team members because they post forum announcements, publish event information or participate in forum threads while support tickets remain unanswered. Different roles have different responsibilities, and it's simply not as straightforward as it may appear from the outside.

Speaking personally, I believe the most practical long-term solution would probably be to merge the remaining communities into global ones, similar to what was done with Gladiatus. Since the support system is already centralised, admins and operators from different countries are able to assist players from other communities as well, which would allow resources to be used much more efficiently.

In any case, I have read all of your feedback and I will pass your concerns on. That doesn't necessarily mean changes will happen immediately, but your comments have been heard.

    Have fun, everyone! :)

  • As I've said here before;

The admins are too top heavy in BOARD admins - who's only role seems to be removing any post that criticizes them and making announcements which are mostly inaccurate or so late that they are pointless.

But there are ridiculously too few GAME admins. There seems to be nobody answering tickets and there is most definitely not anybody taking any action against those tickets when they finally do bother to read them.

The board is full of completely useless crap that nobody cares about. But there's 200 admins controlling it.

Maybe they all have to listen to all the songs that Berserker listens to, count to a billion a few times and read all about every single order war in Poland before they are allowed to do anything.

Oh and also delete any post that says anything mean about them to hide any evidence of them doing..................................................bugger all.

The actual game is going to hell with people using bot programs continuously but they ignore that because it is a huge income for Gameforge and it pays their wages.

But hang on, they are voluntary.........................So it makes no difference to them how much money Gameforge makes from the cheats - they literally just can't be bothered to actually check on it.

  • Maeve

Thank you for the fact that you are 1) trying to defend your colleagues, and 2) taking the time to provide such a detailed response.

    I'll keep it short.

    1. If it's a cow, then we should simply call it a cow.
    2. Where do I "activate" or involve my Community Manager? In other words, how can I contact that person?

    .

  • Case in point.

    I know that we aren't supposed to talk about tickets or anything useful here, however;

I submitted a support ticket on 17th May regarding offensive content on a players profile.

It was answered by Paso on the 29th May ( 12 whole days later ) which said my ticket is under review.

Today, the 25th of June, the player still has ' Kill Faggots ' on his profile.

Maybe it wasn't offensive enough for Paso.

  • 12-06-2026

An opponent has copied my account name and profile pictures exactly.

This is against the rules of GF - BK.

    no answer

    20-06-2026 – Ticket not answered

A knight took my personal photo from an app group and used it in his knight profile...

I know, they are all pathetic people who cannot win through the game itself, so they behave like children through their profiles...

And they simply get away with it...

One of these people is in the same order as a board admin and just allows it to happen.

GF and its moderators are apparently allowing this kind of bullying in 2026
