Breed an all new Companion!
In the age of chivalry, the brave knights of Caldean embarked on a perilous quest each Easter: a sacred tradition where they risked their lives to obtain the legendary eggs of mythical creatures. These eggs, hidden in the depths of enchanted caves, atop treacherous peaks, or guarded by fearsome beasts, were symbols of strength, renewal, and destiny. Only the most skilled and valiant knights could retrieve them, for the journey required not just might, but wisdom and unwavering courage.
Once secured, the eggs were entrusted to the kingdom, where they were nurtured with great care, ensuring that the wondrous creatures within would one day emerge. Thus, the Easter Quest of Caldean became a tale of honor and sacrifice, where the fate of mystical life rested in the hands of those daring enough to face the trials of legend.

The event lasts for 14 days.
This event will unfold in three exciting phases: first, the player must acquire a mystical egg; next, they will nurture it until it hatches; and finally, they must care for and feed the newborn creature.
After feed the creature, it will become one of 3 types of personalized companions. The companion type (dark, light, neutral) will be dependent on the karma the player used during the hatching phase, and the power and effect of the companion determined by the final feeding phase.
Phase 1 - Obtaining the Egg  |
During the first seven days of the event, a special mission location will be available in Grand: a mysterious cave waiting to be explored. It is the duty of the knights to venture into its depths, facing unknown challenges in their quest.
Within the cave, knights will face a single formidable opponent: the Grotto Watcher. Defeating this guardian will reward them with substantial amounts of Silver.
Exploring the cave is carried out through missions. For every 20 points spent in this location, players will earn 1 mission point, regardless of whether they win, draw, or lose in combat. The rewards scale based on accumulated mission points:
- 3 mission points = 10% bonus.
- 6 mission points = 20% bonus.
- And so on, increasing progressively.
Once the player has fully explored 100% of the cave, they will be rewarded with their event egg. At this point, a new interface will become available in the Tavern menu, titled ‘Egg’. This dedicated page will provide all the necessary controls for managing and nurturing the egg throughout the event.
In addition to the Event egg, completing missions in the cave can reward players with eggs from last year’s Easter event. Players can discover five different colored eggs that can be sold for silver, as well as a golden egg that can be sold for gems.
| Phase 2 - Hatching your Egg |
This phase runs at the same time as the first one. After acquiring the event egg, the remaining days from the 7 days of phase 1 will be used to care for the egg until it hatches. This phase dictates how the creature will look like.
Players will be able to cast karma spells on the egg to change its alignment (dark, light or neutral).
In total there are 3 stages of development for light 3 for dark and 1 for neutral. As a bonus, the top 5 karma users for this phase will get a special stage 4 companion.
| Phase 3 - Feeding your Companion |
Once phase 2 is completed, the egg will hatch, and phase 3 will begin, lasting for 7 days. The egg page in the Tavern will be replaced with a new page dedicated to the companion.
Users can collect food for their companion while completing missions, which can be used to nourish their new pet.
There are 7 different stages and 4 abilities that the companion can acquire, with the strength of each ability increasing as the stages progress.
