You literally just made 2 posts on the public forum accusing me of being guilty or complicit in the same thing I sent a ticket about.

I just said that if I am guilty or complicit on server 50 as you suggest then so must you be of the same thing.

However, the reason I mentioned it in my post was to highlight the lack of support given when using the ticket system.

The addition of 30 level 3's to the order just allows them to attack, but it doesn't improve the outcome for them.

I just checked server 50, I can't find any level 3's in our order.

Pointing at other alleged rule-breakers does not make your own double standard disappear either.

Cheating is rampant on every server in every form.

Dealing with it seems to be an impossible task for the admins.

Probably because the admin tools are outdated and not up to the task if I'm honest.

Hmmm, server 50........is that the one where your leader used a bot program to get way ahead just like he does on every server he plays on and also has at least one other account in the same order that he also used a bot program on.

I could quote almost your entire message back to you.

Your order full of bot users and multi accounts and you seem to not worry about that either.

The hypocrisy and lack of self-awareness are almost comical.

Of course it's the same on 47, 50, 53 and 54.

If you play on those servers with those people, knowingly tolerating their actions there.

On server 43 there has been 20 active players, in 2 orders, for about 5 years.

Suddenly one of those orders has 30 new level 3's joined in the last week so they are able to attack our castle.

Not only that, but a 3rd order has appeared, which has also sprung up with 5 mid range knights and 15 more level 3's.

The mid range knights all hired as mercs for the order attacking us.

It's amazing that these people know that they can do this with no penalty.

I reported this 2 days ago.

Obviously I just always have problems with other players, as Nik pointed out, and I should not report things.

Just thought I'd be optimistic about something being done for a change.

1 day without being closed, if we change this to a count to a billion thread, it'll stay open forever.

This thread will only get closed by one of the many board admins.

It's supposed to be an area for 'DISCUSSION' but any discussion that criticizes big brother's complete lack of ............well......... doing anything, results in the thread being closed.

To me that sounds like he thinks the support system is as pointless as the rest of us do.

2 people on server 47 gained 400 levels in 6 months. Despite numerous support tickets, from numerous people, nothing has ever been done.

The fact that all the tickets were ignored until after they stopped growing at a phenomenal rate so any checks proved their 'innocence'

Either admins don't have the facilities to do their job or they just........don't.

I would be more than happy with an answer, but the best we ever get in support is that things are being looked into - but nothing ever changes. The problems remain. Probably due to the fact that the people we send tickets to are involved with the orders that are being complained about.

There was a very long period of time when I believed you were the most reliable admin and I always felt I could rely on you for in game support.

That changed at some point, around the time of the last merges.

I think that you became less impartial.

when did this happen? It's been so long since you spoke to anyone here that you've been promoted and nobody knew.

So which team do you manage, Game admins, board admins?

Maybe you could provide a list.

If so I have a good idea why they ignore my tickets.

Are you responsible for those communities or not because trust me, any issue you could ever possibly imagine is definitely occurring in the UK.

I honestly do appreciate that you take the time to actually answer these complaints. You seem to be the only person on the team who is prepared to do so.

But you must understand that that is essentially the problem.

All your colleagues are basically ignoring absolutely everything.

No comments, no answers and no input from anyone apart from you.

Surely even you must be getting angry about being the only one answering and because of this it seems the players are directing all their anger at you in these posts.

But who are we supposed to direct these problems to?

I don't care about how many servers and communities got mixed together and how many different admins are now listed.

All we want to know is who, out of the many, should we actually be directing these concerns to.

Give us a comprehensive list of the current, active admins and which communities they look after.

You seem to contradict yourself here. You start by saying the game was more active 20 years ago so it needed more admin and then go on to say there are many more servers and communities being covered by less people.

Where are you advertising for these much needed admins???

I don't see anything here.

The problem is Gameforge creating new servers every 3-4 months.

4 servers would be a lot easier to manage in each community instead of the everrgrowing amount that we get.

I submitted a support ticket on 17th May regarding offensive content on a players profile.

It was answered by Paso on the 29th May ( 12 whole days later ) which said my ticket is under review.

Today, the 25th of June, the player still has ' Kill Faggots ' on his profile.

Maybe it wasn't offensive enough for Paso.

As I've said here before;

The admins are too top heavy in BOARD admins - who's only role seems to be removing any post that criticizes them and making announcements which are mostly inaccurate or so late that they are pointless.

But there are ridiculously too few GAME admins. There seems to be nobody answering tickets and there is most definitely not anybody taking any action against those tickets when they finally do bother to read them.

The board is full of completely useless crap that nobody cares about. But there's 200 admins controlling it.

Maybe they all have to listen to all the songs that Berserker listens to, count to a billion a few times and read all about every single order war in Poland before they are allowed to do anything.

Oh and also delete any post that says anything mean about them to hide any evidence of them doing..................................................bugger all.

The actual game is going to hell with people using bot programs continuously but they ignore that because it is a huge income for Gameforge and it pays their wages.

But hang on, they are voluntary.........................So it makes no difference to them how much money Gameforge makes from the cheats - they literally just can't be bothered to actually check on it.

I like that the French game admin only managed to announce the happy day here

Also, a little secret for people who have ever joined a TLO on any server.

These are the TLO 10 Commandments posted in ALL the order forums.

Pay attention to numbers 6 and 7.

1. Beat everyone not in TLO.

2. Beat them again.

3. If they complain beat them again and tell everyone in TLO so we can beat them too.

4. If anyone beats you then tell everyone in TLO so we can beat them for you until you are able to beat them yourself.

5. Never complain to knights that beat you, it just makes them feel special.

6. Never respond to rude messages, just report them, tell the order and go back to commandment 1.

7. Never be rude to other players, just go back to commandment 1.

8. Never offer alliances or naps to anyone else on behalf of the order.

Like bowing in Wakanda, we don't do that here.

9. If you leave TLO then you are no longer an Outcast and open to commandments 1,2, 3 and 4. You knew the risk.

10. Go back to commandment 1.

Also, I assume you are talking about my description on server 53?

It's a list of all the people who attacked me while I was under level 10 when they had already been playing for 2 months before I arrived.

At the end of the list it simply says " I hope you all have good memories. "

I never complained about the attacks, I just wanted the people who were on the list to remember why I would be attacking them further down the line.

The thread is about people wanting to turn server 54 into an international server. Not about servers that were already in play.

I said it would not be a fair representation of the game because of all the cheats that would turn up and turn it into a ruby burning exercise in their wish to level up ridiculously quickly by using bots.

No childishness or hypocrisy in that, just a statement of fact going by the last 5 or 6 servers created in the UK.

You then start talking, not about cheating or the new server but, about messages sent by someone in my order.

Sending messages isn't cheating. It may be rude and against the rules but doesn't involve cheating.

I didn't send you any messages, I told you to report them to the admins. I can't stop people in my order sending messages. But the admins can act on them if they are insulting.

Your basic complaint is that in retaliation for attacks on myself I attack back and you want to remind me that the game is called Battleknight. But me fighting seems to upset people like yourself who then feel the need to come here and insult me.

And I think the person you are referring to isn't English, so not my community. Maybe he represents your community.

I've never said ever that I'm the best player on the English servers.

And I'm clearly not.

I'm easy to beat - all you need to do is play 2 or 3 accounts in the same order, buy 1000 rubies every day and use a bot program on each of the accounts.

That's what some people use to beat me, just ask your friends.

You accuse me of lying and hypocrisy yet I can't see anywhere where this is the case. I don't think you really understand what the word hypocrite actually means.

I said at the start of this thread that a fair international server would be nice but impossible because of the cheating scumbags who aren't interested in playing the game they just want to use bot program to prove they are the best at cheating.

It had a new version created more recently than that.

Look, as I've said many times...............

Server 45 was the result of Gameforge merging 20 servers together. I was one of the few who didn't want the merges to happen. When everyone else was constantly asking for it - I said it was a bad thing.

Constantly creating new servers every few months is completely ridiculous. It just creates dead servers where you have a few people who don't give up who end up playing against nobody so they just grow and grow with no competition.

Gameforge merged a load of these servers together ( which each had a TLO in them ) into server 45.

We had over 200 people all active - They had to go somewhere and the best idea was to create 4 separate orders to accommodate all those people.

They were all TLO before the merge and they wanted to remain TLO after the merge.

We just moved the people from 20 orders into 4.

It wasn't my idea to merge the serves, it was Gameforges because so many people here kept asking for it. Probably the same people who keep asking for Global mergers now.

So I have knights in those 4 orders - All in separate versions of TLO and all linked together - completely within the rules.

In the last 2 servers that were made before the merges PH and TLO were the only two orders and naturally fought together.

When the merges happened they brought people together who had been playing for up to 10 years ( just a guess, I don't know ) with people who had been playing for less than 6 months.

So people in other orders picked sides - You either joined one of the TLO's or you were against TLO and joined PH.

Obviously TLO had most of the bigger knights because they had been playing together the longest on all the older servers.

The knights in PH then started using bot programmes and playing numerous accounts to try and compete. Some of them got banned for periods of time but came back and did the same. Most of the legitimate people in PH abandoned them either because they didn't want to play with people so blatantly cheating constantly or they just gave up trying.

The problem isn't with TLO or me as people like to think and openly want to be aggressive against me and TLO whenever there is a new server created.

The problem is creating servers constantly and then merging them all together after 10 years.

And it makes me laugh that so many of you criticize me and TLO for the servers we are already on but are now criticizing me and TLO for not being on the new server.

Abusive messages to me and other members of TLO in-game and here on the boards because we aren't on the new server is just ridiculous when we get so much abuse about the servers we are already on.

Make your minds up.
