Ein Bugfix wurde aufgespielt, sodass ihr eure Rubine (inkl. den zusätzlichen Rubinen) im nachhinein erhalten haben solltet.

We all know that not everything always runs smoothly. No, not even at a large company like Gameforge.

Whether other companies don't face problems from time to time... I doubt that.

I just want to make it clear that behind everything - even automated tasks - there was a human being and, as we all know, to err is human.

But speaking a fact:

If something doesn't happen the way some people want it, you'll be shot at very quickly. How about a friendly note for a change?

And I'm sure I already wrote somewhere that we're here to help. If in doubt, just come to us.

As dear Perculia has already written, we would ask this one friend to write a ticket.

In the ticket system, select 'Payment' instead of 'Game'. The matter can certainly be resolved.

And as the current topic is no longer the same as the original, I am closing this thread as well.

für die zu Beginn des diesjährigen Weihnachtsevents aufgetretene Probleme möchten uns entschuldigen. Wir verstehen Vorfreude und bedanken uns für eure Geduld, während daran gearbeitet wurde, diese Herausforderungen zu lösen.

Der aktualisierte Zeitplan für das Weihnachtsevent lautet wie folgt:

• Erster Teil: Beginnt morgen um 12:00 Uhr (Ortszeit).
• Zweiter Teil: Beginnt am 25. Dezember.
• Letzter Teil: Beginnt am 1. Januar 2025.

Vielen Dank für euer Verständnis und eure Unterstützung. Wir können es kaum erwarten, dass ihr das Weihnachtsevent wieder erlebt!

A History Lesson

Its a festive season where trees are decorated and great feasts are held, so this year we’ve decided to run much loved Christmas event for you!

It was not until the late Middle Ages that Christmas trees were first set up, 1419 in Freiburg is documented as being the first. The original trees were decorated with apples, nuts and gingerbread, which were to be eaten on New Year's Day. Gradually this tradition spread and became more popular. Most of the trees were placed outdoors in a similar fashion to maypoles, which is why people sometimes referred to the early Christmas tree as the Christmas pole.

The period between the 25th of November and Christmas was a time of fasting in which only special food and drink, such as gingerbread were consumed. The last two days, the 23rd and 24th were especially strict, only dried bread and soup would be served!

Fasting Period: 10/12/2024 to 24/12/2024
The Feast: 31/12/2024 to 07/01/2024

Fasting Period

During the fasting period, players will have to fight mobs to find various foods to decorate the tree with. As you decorate the tree, the tree will grow into a large stage. In total there are 4 stages of the tree.
The decorations are:

• Apple
• Gingerbread
• Fir cones

Players can also find other event items that have special features.

• Meat - Heals 200 hp
• Fish - Heals 50 hp
• Bread, Salt, Nuts - these increase the chance for you to get an event item
• Scraps - Collect these and if you have enough you will attract a companion, the Ermine.

The Feast

After the fasting period ends, there will be a short period of calm until the new year. On 31/12/2018 the grand feast will begin. Depending on the stage that your server has managed to build the tree, you will receive a certain buff, they are:

Stage 1 - No Feast

Stage 2 - Feast

• 50% faster cooldown from missions

Stage 3 - Great Feast

• 50% faster cooldown from missions
• 20% more silver from missions

Stage 4 - Glorious Feast

• 50% faster cooldown from missions
• 20% more silver from missions
• 20% cheaper stats

Achievements and Companions

You will be able to complete special event achievements during this time. More info ingame.

I will keep this short because there is really nothing left to discuss on the subject as well as you already got an answer from Kizuna.

In Germany we have also these surnames:

Maier, Meier, Mayer, Meyer

All these surnames, although they are all spelled differently, they are all pronounced the same.

In general, there are also surnames that are regional. That is, even if they have the same pronounciation, it does not mean that they are all related in any way.

But we could be this "kind" to ban everyone else just because a person with the surname Maier did something real bad in the past.

We are a really small team. Therefore, we also only have limited capacity.
