I will not report anything.
I call on Paso to urgently read and review the ticket that he wrongly closed (which I have since reopened).
Furthermore, I appeal to your common sense.

Dear friends,
I would like us to use this topic to highlight where things are going wrong with the way GameForge staff handle support tickets.
I'm sure many of you have opened tickets regarding your own personal disputes and issues.
The fact that these tickets remain unanswered is exactly what this topic is about.
Other accusations, such as the use of bots or any other forms of unfair gameplay, are separate issues. If you want to discuss those, please start a new topic specifically for that purpose.
Thank you
Just a quick update.
Someone has finally dealt with one of the tickets, but the second ticket was simply closed without being handled.
So here we go again. We have reopened the unresolved ticket and asked them to actually read it before taking any action. Looks like we're in for another month of going around in circles.
I'd like to point out one more thing: if you make a comment that they consider inappropriate, you'll get banned. But when someone is actively ruining the game, there are no in-game consequences. They just give them a little "don't do it again" warning and leave it at that.
His words, "Good luck with that," sound cynical to me, with the underlying message:
"Nice try, but we're not going to do anything about it. Cheaters and bullies have a safe haven at GameForge. "
Maybe he can clear his browser cookies instead.
If you criticize within GameForge (GF) the way they handle complaints and appeals in BattleKnight (BK), they simply resort to their tried-and-tested BAN button.
Unfortunately, they don't solve anything at all—they just silence you.
My two support tickets have now been open for more than a month. In one of those tickets, where I reported that an opposing player was not playing according to GameForge's rules or in the spirit of fair play, I was advised to clear my browser cookies.
As if deleting cookies is somehow going to stop cheating.
A Team Manager (TM) advised me to escalate the matter to a higher level, but conveniently failed to explain how I was supposed to contact that higher authority or where to submit my complaint.
Silencing people instead of addressing the actual issues is, in the end, a rather sad way of dealing with criticism.
We are now almost a week further.
The managers have massively failed to show up and do their job.
I no longer expect anything from anyone.
Evil has triumphed over good.
Please make a note of this:
From now on, I no longer feel obliged to follow the rules either.
GF and its staff are simply a shitty organization that protects and covers for cheaters
Sweet talks will not help anymore
Here we go:
I'm simply saying that I understand why this situation is frustrating, and I've explained the reasons behind it, not made excuses for it.
Fortunately, this isn't an issue I'm experiencing in the communities I manage, so it's not something I'm in a position to solve myself. As I've always said, when situations like this arise, the best option is to contact the Community Manager, as they're responsible for overseeing their communities, especially when admins are unavailable. assist much more quickly regardless of which community the ticket originated from.
Maeve In your response above, you once again refer to a Community Manager. Therefore, my question is: WHO is my Community Manager and how can I contact my Community Manager?
This question is simply being avoided.
Never mind, I've messaged all 8 of them already. Although I'm not expecting much.

There are quite a few points to address here, and I simply haven't had the chance to reply to everything yet, so let's take it one step at a time.

I do understand your frustration, though. Waiting several days for a reply, or only seeing one or two tickets handled each week, can be discouraging. However, staffing and organisation are decisions that fall under the responsibility of each community's CM, not mine. Please also keep in mind that Community Managers are responsible for multiple communities, sometimes multiple games, and have many other responsibilities beyond support.
If you have an urgent issue and no admin is available to help, whether due to absence or because they are unable to handle the case, you can always contact your Community Manager directly.

Have fun, everyone!
I saw that you were still online after my response, and I had hoped to receive some kind of reply to my question (see your answer).
But no, absolutely nothing.
That disappoints me, just like the fact that GF refuses to take action against abuse such as the use of bots and harassment.
As a result, abusers and bullies get away with it.
But if this is how you want things to be, then it will only continue to escalate.
Good luck with your "busy tasks" — or should I say, keep collecting free rubies while letting the users fend for themselves...
And yes, I am pissed off.
It feels like: they raised their glasses, had a piss, and everything remained exactly as it was

An opponent has copied my account name and profile pictures exactly.
This is against the rules of GF - BK.

A knight took my personal photo from an app group and used it in his knight profile...
I know, they are all pathetic people who cannot win through the game itself, so they behave like children through their profiles...
And they simply get away with it...
One of these people is in the same order as a board admin and just allows it to happen.
GF and its moderators are apparently allowing this kind of bullying in 2026
Thank you for the fact that you are 1) trying to defend your colleagues, and 2) taking the time to provide such a detailed response.
I'll keep it short.
Are the SGOs deliberately incompetent as well? Because I see them online regularly too, without any activity.
What exactly is supposed to be SUPER about them?
Also a TM passed by. She removed a few posts but did not provide a solution for the ticket issue?
No solution was offered to me regarding how I should proceed with my tickets ![]()
YOU want to leave, and you can't. Don't put that on us. I don't want to leave at all. I want a solution to my problem, namely a response to my ticket within a reasonable time frame.
In my country we have a saying: "Volunteering does not mean you are free from responsibility."
To the GO or GM "Do your job or step aside. Spare yourself and the rest of us from this misery"
Life is so easy
It's been suspiciously quiet here, so I'll raise another issue that seriously needs improvement.
Tickets should, in my opinion, be handled within 48 hours. It is extremely frustrating that it takes such an ABSURDLY long time to receive a response. Waiting days, or sometimes even longer, for any kind of feedback is simply unacceptable.
Can this please be looked into and improved?
I once received the response that GameOperators have a life outside the game as well, and that's true. But why did you become a GameOperator in the first place?
On Server 37 DLD, we now have three GameOperators, and apparently these three are unable to create some kind of schedule in which they check every other day whether there is a ticket waiting. At least that would be acceptable to me.
How difficult can something like that really be?
Prohibit multies. And prohibit alcohol consumption during play
And once again, I find cheating mentioned as a negative remark in your argument. We are doing it completely legally. Explain your choice of words.
As long as bad karma plays a decisive role in a guild battle and good karma has no influence on the guild battle, I will make sure to keep my construction level low in these fights.
Make sure that karma, whether good or bad, has no influence on a guild battle.

Good Features:
Make the acid stronger, because now all the war cheaters with very Low constitution have a lot of problems in normally Game Play. Now, everyone has to Skill more constitution....

I find the words you use exaggerated. Cheating is something that is not allowed and therefore illegal.
Keeping constructions low, in my opinion, partly originated from what I see as the improper use of karma in clanwars.
I find the doubling of acid debatable, but in the "regular" game I accept it.
In clanwars, bad karma — and therefore acid — is a gamechanger that, in my opinion, is wrongly applied. Good karma has no influence whatsoever on the outcome of a clanwar.
In my view, a clanwar should be free of karma usage and thus be a pure, naked test of strength.
Also the drinks need to be adjusted; there should be better ones for the higher levels
Not my idea, but I read this somewhere on the forum. However, I don't see it listed here.
Something like adding a feature to make using a bot more difficult. For example, a popup saying "I am not a robot" that needs to be clicked after every 15 to 20 missions.
Multi`s
Abolish the use of multis and impose strict penalties for abuse
I trust in Paso clear insight and that the karma thing, whether good or bad, will be resolved — or am I just being naive now?
