    Όσον αφορά τους ελληνικούς σερβερς ακόμα δεν έχουμε πάρει καμία αμοιβή από το εβεντ echoes of steel. Ούτε καν μια ενημέρωση. Θα πάρουμε τις ανταμοιβες μας ή όχι;

    I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding fair play, potential terms of service violations, and an apparent conflict of interest within the Bulgarian volunteer/support team.
    During the recent "Echoes of Steel" event, widespread botting was highly visible on the leaderboards. I submitted an official support ticket regarding four specific accounts that demonstrated inhuman activity logs. Over a 54-hour period, their playtime was logged as follows:

    • Account 1: 52 hours active
    • Account 2: 50 hours active
    • Account 3 & 4 (Multiboxing/Same User): 48 hours active

    Despite providing clear evidence of non-stop activity without any breaks, my ticket remained unaddressed for three days. The eventual response was a generic template stating that the matter "would be investigated." No action was taken, and these accounts continued to play and exploit the event until the very end.
    The lack of intervention points to a significant conflict of interest. All the reported accounts belong to the exact same guild where the entire Bulgarian support team plays. It appears that local operators are protecting their guildmates, compromising the integrity of the game. I also reached out directly to the Community Manager, Paso, via Discord, providing the ticket ID to ensure visibility, but received no meaningful response or intervention.
    There was a time when Gameforge strictly prohibited operators from managing servers where they actively played to prevent such biases. Currently, the lack of oversight has left the servers poorly managed, protecting rule-breakers at the expense of honest players.
    I would highly appreciate it if this matter could be investigated by an independent, higher-level team outside of the Bulgarian community cluster, and their Community Manager but i doubt that will actually happen!

    Στην αγγλια ΚΑΙ δωθηκαν αμεσως οι ανταμοιβες ΚΑΙ εχει λυθει το προβλημα με το φιλτρο αναγεννησης απο τη Δευτερα.


    Εδω τι προβλημα υπαρχει και δεν εχουμε παρει τιποτα ακομα;


    Ιδιοι data servres, ιδιες data bases, ιδιος κωδικας, ιδιες ρουτινες, ιδια δεδομενα.


    Πως στη Αγγλια ολα πηγαν καλα και εδω εχουμε ακομα τεχνικο(!) προβλημα;


    Θελουμε να μαθουμε τι ακριβως τεχνικο προβλημα υπαρχει;


    μπορουμε να μαθουμε κατι περισσοτερο απο ασαφειες;

    η απαντηση που δωθηκε απλα επιβεβαιωνει την αρχικη μου εντυπωση.


    εγινε παραθεση μιας αναρτησης της paso, η οποια αφορα τους αγγλικους σερβερ και ενα πολυ συγκεκριμενο προβλημα.

    δεν αφορα τους ελληνικους σερβερ και το δικο μας προβλημα.


    προφανως δεν μπηκες καν στο κοπο να διαβασεις τι λεει η paso



    τελικα καταλαβαμε οτι υπαρχει καποιο προβλημα στην αποδωση των ανταμοιβων.

    ελπιζω μονο το προβλημα να μην ωφειλετε στο οτι τα αποτελεσματα του εβεντ δεν ηταν αυτα που περιμενατε.

    ή αλλιως να μην γινετε κανενα μαγειρεμα και αυτοι που ηταν τελευταιοι βρεθουν πρωτοι και οι πρωτοι τελευταιοι.

    οποτε καλο θα ηταν να μαθουμε τι ακριβως εχει γινει και δεν πηραμε τις ανταμοιβες μας



    ΑΛΗΘΕΙΑ η εταιρεια θα μας αποζημιωση για το λαθος της? δεν θα επρεπε?



    Ετσι και αλλιως σαν ελληνικη ομαδα δεν αισθανθηκατε την υποχρεωση να κανετε μια επισημη ανακοινωση με το που διαπιστωθηκε το προβλημα?

    μαλλον οχι. ασε τα ζουδια στο μαυρο σκοταδι.



    Η paso ειναι πολυ καλο παραδειγμα για το πως πρεπει να ενεργει καποιος που σεβεται τη θεση που εχει, και τους παικτες που εξυπηρετει.

    μερες πριν το εβεντ ειχε κανει ανακοινωση IN GAME, ωστε να προετοιμαστουν οι παικτες.

    και τωρα συλλεγει στοιχεια ωστε να βρεθει λυση στα προβληματα

    εδω δεν ειδαμε τιποτα.

    δεν θα εδειχνε περισσοτερο σεβασμο στους παικτες να λυνοταν αυτο το προβλημα πριν αρχισετε νεο εβεντ?

    το μονο που δειχνει αυτο ειναι οτι μας θεωρειτε .... δεν ξερω γω τι

    I have been playing the game for almost 20 years, since the early days of Greek Server 1.

    Echoes of Steel is by far the best thing I have seen in all these years.

    I believe the Forgotten Arts would be great as a permanent feature in the game. They make the game much more interesting and give all players the opportunity to progress and develop their characters further.

    It would be great if players could unlock the entire skill tree without any additional cost. After that, there could be a monthly maintenance fee, either in silver (depending on the Knight’s level) or in Rubies, similar to the Brotherhood of Arms system.

    I hope the company will seriously consider this idea and offer the players something truly worthwhile.
