Sorry, but that's nonsense. If players sometimes have to wait two weeks, that has nothing to do with “voluntary” anymore. In two weeks, many critical errors can occur, along with insults and much more.

The community managers, in particular, are acting with gross negligence through their inactivity. Given the low number of active players, this is ridiculous. They have nothing else to do and could easily handle the 1–2 tickets per week.

yes I understand the impatience and waiting for an answer. I know from experience. my answer is like this, that's why you wait a week or two and they just say they will consider it and do nothing. .

i am fro m x10 german, last time whne we hvae merge with german serVERS PLAYERS FROM ALL OTHER GERMAN SERVER CRY TO ADMINS TO WE (X10SPEED)NOT MERGE WITH ALL OTHERS GERMANS SERVER.and of of course admins listen this crying baby and noit merge. still we are only on this x10 sppeed. from begining to not merge with any server of couzrse german. first we from x10 s37 want to merge with german like we get it before couple years than we want to merge all german in one nevcermind speed where and who played we want it here together. because 2 or 3 year admins make this and not efect this s37 german x10 speed because admins play here and not want to some from here be first still is same wperson MEEEEEEE is first place. on this speed. of course still. easy some can pass me easy and simple likle now whatg admins leave fo money

i think to this bug maked with I don't think that bug came by itself, someone put it in to help their players because some admins play on some servers and have already exploited that bug and of course they have better equipment than 100-150 level higher players. Unreal. I remember 10-11 years ago when bugs appeared, how the one who exploited it was banned for a reason because it was manipulating the entire game system. The purpose of all the others who don't have that bugged equipment, even the skills they've been learning for years don't help them because worms exploited the bug with equipment with 500 luck power and so on.

I think you should make sure that all servers are affected by the update. Because currently on the German x10 nothing has changed regarding the equipment. Even the April avatar has not been removed. And it was announced that it will be resolved.

I think all players want to get a global server structure. If not global, to put all servers from one country into one server. And give more castles with more levels, 10 or 15 new ones. I think that would be ideal.
