I was writing a ticket two weeks ago (28.4.) still not answer, still not solution in game and my ticket is closed.. (??)

I play this game almost 12 years and i spent a lot of money on rubbies and this is results.. No attention, no response or effort to solve the problem.

According to Adrian contribution from 2020 (!). The team still hasn't solution to this problem. I also wrote a ticket but i didn't get the answer. I know several players, after the last event, who have the same problem with changing companion. Could someone from team respond to this and solve it please? Thanks for any answer, attention and the time required to resolve it. Have a nice day.:)

Why you are ignore this info? Many people on servers can’t change companion and don’t have any info about fix. I read “new version” change and there’s nothing regarding to “change companion”.

Hello, after the update my friend logged in and played normally but since today he can't log in. He also tried deleting cookies or logging in with another browser but it didn't help. What should he do?

A lot of mistakes/bugs in game!

Firstly in Group Mission -

Applications cannot be accepted

Secondly the appearance of various numbers is even worse than it was before

Log in is terrible, not only for what it looks like but we need more “clicks” to get in to account..

For many years we have been asking for an app and you messed up even the working one instead of making an app .🙈

Exactly! We want new companions or basilisk. We still don't want to get fairy.

Basilisk or new type of companiom would be great.. If not please give us infomation about companion so we don't have to feed eggs by karma.

I know about all the shortcomings, I've been playing battleknight for over 10 years but let's be grateful for at least something.

My next suggestion is, in the case of an Easter event, to get either a basilisk or a brand new companion. I think the basilisk would be great. I currently have 5 elfs in inventory🤦🏻‍♂️

Before covid the game was also almost dead but we could see regular events like a dragons,healer,fehan etc. There was no event for more than year. Madness are fine but itsnot classic event.

Rock players are still waiting for a bigger event (before crazy healer was 1-2x per year etc.) and maybe they would have a reason to buy rubies again. That way, those rubies sales are completely out and players dont have reason to buy rubies.
