The issue being addressed here is that it's triggering more than 10 active players to play on a new device that's being launched. An attempt to resolve this issue is for players to create an international server on the new English server.

Înțelegem că nu a fost vina jucătorilor și că a fost o eroare din partea voastră, dar situația afectează în continuare echilibrul pe s24-ro. Jucătorul de pe locul 2, lDuke, beneficiază în continuarea acestor obiecte și obține un avantaj clar.
Ați putea, vă rog, să nu oferiți un interval de timp mai concret pentru rezolvarea acestei probleme? În acest moment, impactul este semnificativ și ar fi important să știm când va fi corectată situația.

Lasa-i , cand sa facut acida 400% si veneau 3-4 atacuri pe snake ca sa il zoneze si luau si ei maruntis erau cei mai bucurosi, acum cand si-o fura pe cocoasa striga hotul, bine ca atunci taceau ca si cacatul in porumb.
Voi sunteti singuri care abuzati de scrituri si bug-uri. SNAKE BANAT PTR BOOTI,DE 2-3 ORI,LA URMAT SI NOTORIUS ..
Acum ganicutzu profita de bug-ul cu itemele si se crede zmeu.
Plangeti ca va bate lvl 288,daca omul isi permite sa cheltuie 20-30k rubine pe vraci se vad si urma.
Tu ai uitat cand il atacai pe snake cand era banat si luai arginti ? inainte de unificarea serverelor..Concluzia este ca voi fara bug-uri si booti sunteti 0. Nu degeaba sunteti melci(lmx)

Could you please provide a more concrete timeframe for when this issue will be resolved? At the moment, the impact is significant and it would be important for us to know when the situation will be corrected.

I'm still surprised why the community managers of Battleknight can provide feedback several times a day in games like Metin 2, but here they provide nothing for weeks, sometimes even months.
But at least the admins here are consistent as they don't answer tickets either.
It amazes me that there are apparently 40 board admins - who are scared to talk and nobody to answer tickets.
Can't you utilise some of the board admins to answer some tickets?
They don't seem to do a lot here.
