Before posting a message make sure you use the search button, most of the time your question has been already asked before and has been answered.
When posting a new topic:
- Prefix: Please make sure you use the correct Prefix as this will make searching out your question easier.
- Subject: Please make sure you label it correctly (not "need help") putting helpful information into the subject allows for easier searching.
- Contents: Please make sure everything you put in here is correct and to the point, this will make it easier for people to answer.
- Note: If you have more than one question it is suggested you post 2 topics instead of just all in one bundle.
When answering a topic:
- Before you post make sure you read the previous posts carefully so you don't answer then same thing again.
- If you are going to post an answer, answer the question only. We will not tolerate spam, post hunting or flaming. Comments like "I don't know" isn't at all useful in answering the question and will be warned.
- Also if a thread starts to become 2 or more pages long then it is more of a discussion than questions and answers. If this does happen it may be closed.
If you want to report a bug:
Check if it has been reported before hand, there is no point in repeating what someone else has reported to us.
Title your thread correctly, don't write things like 'hmmm, bug' or 'Is this a bug.'
When describing the bug itself, please be as descriptive as possible, show us screenshots as well.
Thank you
