Does anyone know the maximum amount of items that can be stored in the temporary inventory? I'm asking because my inventory fills up after 165 items and whatever I get from the crazy healer just disappears and then doesn't appear when I free up space!

there is no upper limit, I had over 400, regarding the visibility of items sometimes a large 3x2 item blocks the others

The problem is that even if the tracks are blocked by a large object, the counter used to count when the next one from the healer was added, but now the number is frozen and does not change when new flask envelopes are added. It's just like the object disappears.

Absolutely, that's possible. Items inside the box do have expiration dates.
Items added exactly seven days ago, at the same hour and minute, begin to fade away.
One player who left the game had an interesting technique:
when they got new loot, a dialogue box would pop up showing the item. They would quickly take screenshots, capturing the moment, and they managed to retrieve the items from the backpack before they disappeared.
