Happy day

    I'm really surprised that there hasn't been a happy day this weekend.




    Half way through a Monthly Madness and new servers everywhere.



    A happy day some time over the weekend would have paid dividends for Gameforge!

    I don't know if its the admin staff who are able to start Happy Days by their own accord, or if it has to be requested to Gameforge.




    From a marketing and financial point of view it seems like somebody is pretty clueless.






    When you have announced an event such as the Crazy Healer, or any event to be honest, it would be a massive increase in income to Gameforge to have a Happy Day the day before an event starts.




    It costs Gameforge nothing to give away extra rubies during a happy day. The extra rubies are virtual. But the extra income that would come from people using this virtual carrot would be huge for the company and prolong the game and would be real money.




    An event must increase the income from people buying rubies but a happy day would definitely increase it more.


    There are many people who only buy rubies when there is the extra % of rubies available.




    When there is an event about to start tomorrow this incentive would guarantee a huge boost.




    It would be far more enticing for players to have this just BEFORE an event is about to start instead of a few days into the event which seems to happen a lot.

    Well, considering that yesterday the admins announced to all nationalities that there would be a happy day today, at the very least you would expect an explanation as to why it didn't happen.

    The admin staff claim to be so busy but if they aren't answering questions on the forum or actually investigating players who are blatantly cheating then what are they actually doing ???



    They just seem to announce happy days that actually don't happen or announce new servers that nobody wants.




    I don't really see what they do inbetween.




    No admin ever answers questions posted on the forum. I challenge anyone to find one.



    The only time there is a response from them is when somebody criticises them. - Then they are quick to defend themselves, give warnings to people and then close a thread that they haven't actually answered.



    The ticket system is pointless.


    You can report someone who is blatantly cheating, everyone playing on that server knows and can see that they are cheating and yet the response you always get is ' nope, nothing wrong here. Move along'



    The likeliest answer is that it's the responding admin who is the cheat or another one who gets covered for.



    Either that or they can't actually be bothered to check because they are too busy announcing things that don't happen and new servers.






    So go ahead, give me a warning for not saying something nice about the admin staff ( again ) and close this thread because you don't like my tone. Just like any other thread that dares to point out things you haven't done ( again )

    they already did much for this game, i just enjoy playing it. 2020s where so much different, no support at all. But now we get events and happy days. Yes this one is not on, but most of them work perfectly:) i just enjoy playing..
