I have been having trouble logging in to my main lobby and when it finally did it was in spanish for some reason.

Log out and change your link address in the browser to your country code.
https://lobby.battleknight.gameforge.com/en_GB
Example:
de_DE = German
en_GB = English (Britain)
etc.
It is best to delete all links with Spanish language from your history.
