  • gf send mail to i got and recive r'ubies with discount but not get it. if GF have workers can fix that easy..... and must apolygy to all of us

  • I have paid according to the rules that GF has written. I expect to receive the rubies as announced by GF themselves - with a 50% discount.

  • I think everyone from management to staff is on vacation for the holiday season, and this issue won't be resolved anytime soon. Please keep us updated here if it is resolved.

  • I wouldn't stress about it. We'll get the rubies as soon as someone from the dev team gets back to their computer after the Christmas break :) i doubt bk admins can do anything to fix it

  • If we got the rubies and the payment hadn't gone through to Gameforge it would have been fixed about 2 seconds after the glitch.




    What's the betting we all get refunds a few minutes after the 50% ends.

  • The ones who are cheated by definition are us - the players! We pay to play and are promised new items at each level, and we change the merchant by paying for it with rubies, but there are NO items! And now we pay for rubies, but there are no rubies either!
