If we got the rubies and the payment hadn't gone through to Gameforge it would have been fixed about 2 seconds after the glitch.
What's the betting we all get refunds a few minutes after the 50% ends.

The ones who are cheated by definition are us - the players! We pay to play and are promised new items at each level, and we change the merchant by paying for it with rubies, but there are NO items! And now we pay for rubies, but there are no rubies either!
