    Could you provide some clarity on GF's plan to address the remaining bugs
    that emerged after the server merge? Many companion items that players paid for are no longer functioning properly—like the sniffer dog, which no longer sniffs, Pegasus not bringing back silver after travel, and Muse not increasing karma points after missions. All of these items, except for Muse, were purchased with real money. Why are we not receiving the services we paid for? Is this how GF intends to treat its customers? What compensation will be provided, and how does GF plan to quantify the impact of these issues?

    Regarding compensation, while the last event was enjoyable, it should not be labeled as compensation for the Clan Wars bug since all players had equal access to its benefits. A considerable number of players were left without a castle for weeks before the bug was fixed. During this time, those who managed to conquer a castle earlier enjoyed its benefits and cheaper attribute upgrades. It would only have been fair compensation if the event had been specifically organized for the players negatively impacted by the bug. The other players already had an advantage, enjoying weeks of progress while their competitors couldn't advance their knights as quickly, followed by an event with reduced upgrade costs and increased silver rewards.

    Will the first group receive any compensation for the lost time and money (including real money) caused by the game owners? Where is the support for your customers in this situation?

  • Those bugs are reported and we are working on it. Unfortunately, I don't have much more to tell you currently...


    As for compensation, I understand what you mean, but we cannot offer individual compensations when there is a bug touching that many players.

    Remember the first one ?

    No communication, no version notes, bugs and no improvement.

    I call everyone to boycott payments until everything is fixed.

    As I do now for a while, waiting for something to happen really.

  • I really hope that the Bugs of the companions will be fixed very soon. The sniffer Dog ist a very important game feature, and i think when it ist fixed, for compansation they should make the chance to find something Up from 1 to 2%.


    And please help all the players they cant change their companions because there are to much of them in their cases.....

    I would like to remind you once again that the developers of the game, even in browser games like Battleknight, are obliged to fix bugs that affect the game within a reasonable time. These bugs are already beyond the period of a reasonable time.


    Then please tell the people responsible and/or they should go to the forum and talk to us about what is taking so long. From my point of view, they are not working on it.

    if the plus companions are removed you CAN change companions afterwards.

    Can you inidcate you sent a link and that we have to guess then ?

    You will see, surprise ! It's always what we say to customers when they order.

    And you show us this bugs exists at least for a year and a half :-) Thank you for this nice example here !

    I have been told via the ticket system that what you quoted is actually...........................*****.




    I read that post a few months ago ( Easter, I believe...after I got too many companions all of a sudden and thought " Great it can actually be fixed "




    So I sent a ticket in and was told that there is no fix and that the post is lying.






    So thanks for your help.



    Surely as an admin you are aware that it can't be fixed. Otherwise, would you not know how to do it????????







    We'll just keep on waiting then.

    I'm fairly sure that that's ok!!!



    So can you categorically state that the companion problem, whereby we are unable to switch companions in and out if the top row of our companion page is full can actually by fixed.



    If this is the case then;



    1. How come everyone hasn't already had this fixed on their accounts after the problem has been there for many years.


    2. Why aren't all the admin staff aware of this ability to fix it.

  • Before the redesign you could actually equip items by double clicking and they would swap with current ones, just reintroduce a feature you've had before, it worked better.

  • After each modernization it gets worse. I have my doubts about the competence of... modernisers. Why wasn't there a merger simulation? Is the total collapse in companions, like the dog for example, a surprise? And why were functions not restored for 2(two!) months? And if the "rubies" to buy the satellites are virtual, the money given for the "rubies" is absolutely real! I don't know, do some people realize that this is a very, very serious problem that could have unpleasant developments. In this case, there is a transaction and... a broken supply contract due to the fault of the merchant! Liquidated damages under a contract - what does that look like?

  • Each bug should have its own thread. I am closing this one; please create separate threads for each in-game bug that's not been reported already, to avoid chaos and maintain control.
